90 Days Open the journal

Terms of use

Terms of use

Effective October 21, 2026

These are the terms for using 90 Days, a journal for men in a real battle. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What 90 Days is, and isn't

90 Days is a journal, a set of daily habits, and a way to stand with other men. It is not medical care, counseling, therapy, or treatment, and it doesn't replace a doctor, a counselor, a pastor, or a recovery program.

If you're in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.), or call 911. Help and resources are always in the app.

Your account

What you write is yours

You own your journal. It's encrypted on your device, and we can't read it. Posts you put on the encouragement board are shown to other members, without your name (under a pen name if you choose one). By posting, you let 90 Days show them there, until you or a moderator deletes them.

Points, rewards, and the Store

Points, levels, chests, and in-app rewards have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. Handmade gear sold through the Store is covered by the terms shown where you order it.

Using the service fairly

Don't try to break into accounts, overload the service, copy it, or get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees

90 Days is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, 90 Days and the people who make it aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and anything important is shown in the app. Using 90 Days after a change means you accept it. You can delete your account any time in Settings.
