Your journal is encrypted on your own device before it syncs. No one else can read it, not even the people who run the site.
Safety and dignity come first
Community posts are reviewed before anyone sees them. Leave out names, identifying details, and graphic descriptions. Your private journal never goes into the community. This is peer support, not medical treatment or crisis care.
